I just spotted that Gartner has a "queue manger" in the North America and EMEA vendor briefings team.
It made me chuckle.

Yes, they do and their job is to assign your briefing to someone in the Vendor Briefings team. If you're a large customer, you'll get someone dedicated.
I had a long chat with the manager of this group yesterday, mostly about process issues.
To my surprise, she liked the idea of AR people being able to look at analysts directly -Gartner is even looking at this!

Direct access to analyst diaries would be very helpful. Scheduling back and forth is a nightmare sometimes.
